September 2, 2009On August 27th, the Kansas City Barbeque Society enrolled its 11,000th member. Robyn Miller from Forbes, Australia became this monumental member during her recent visit to the United States. Accompanied by several friends from Australia who where already KCBS members, Robyn filled out her application during a visit to the KCBS office.
She was presented with her membership by Co-Founder and Executive Director, Carolyn Wells. Shaking Robyn’s hand Carolyn said “It’s so amazing to know we now have friends all over the world.”
To celebrate the significant event, Robyn joined Carolyn and Ardie Davis at Oklahoma Joe’s Barbecue Restaurant for a tasty barbeque feast.
