January 27, 2010 Looking for a way to fuel your competitive BBQ experience? It's as simple signing up for the Kingsford® Point Chase, cooking with any Kingsford® Briquets and being rewarded for it!There are two great incentives for signing up and cooking with Kingsford!
1. Kingsford® will add $1,000 to the Grand Champion's prize package at each of the Kingsford® Point Chase events (schedule below).
2. Teams will be awarded points for participating and placing in the barbeque competitions included in the Kingsford® Points Chase. Points will be added up across all the events in the program. At the final competition, the 31st Annual American Royal Barbecue, Kingsford® will announce the team with the most accumulated points as the Grand Champion of the Kingsford® Point Chase and award them $25,000!
