The Sanctioning Committee recommends the approval of all contests listed in the June New/Date Change Requests report pending discussions by the Board of those contests.

Discussion of allowing Enviroware containers for a contest.

 

Discussion and possible action to grant a waiver of the number of Contest Rep required for a contest in excess of 50 teams.

Motion to fund with $10,000.00  in order to create a KCBS Emergency Crisis Response Team to provide food, beverages and incidentals where local resources are insufficient at disaster sites in the United States.

Discussion of the Strategic Planning to utilize funds for the benefit and further the mission of KCBS, and possible Board retreat meeting place and date in October, 2010.

Tabled from April:  Candy Weaver motion to relocate the front part of the kcbs.us website to another service company in order to have a more stable presence on the web.

Tabled from May:  by the Board  Recommendation of two or three dates per year that grants will be considered by the Board of Directors.

New Business:

Candy Weaver:  I move that once the Minutes of the Meeting have been approved that Quick Notes of the Meeting be removed from the kcbs.us website and replaced with the Minutes of the Meeting.
