Big Party in the Big Easy

June 17, 2010 It doesn't get much better than a party in New Orleans. And a big party is what you can expect from the Louisiana Tailgate & BBQ Festival August 13-15 at the Morial Convention Center right in downtown New Orleans.

This three-day festival is a one-of-a-kind experience that you don't want to miss. KCBS is helping develop the Louisiana Tailgate & BBQ Conference, which includes a CBJ Class, Grill Academy (sauces and rubs, fast & hot vs. low & slow, and a Tailgate Workshop, etc.), plus a session on the business of barbeque and tailgating and so much more. It's just another way for KCBS to further our mission to promote barbeque as America's Cuisine.

And that's still not all! This festival is also a tailgate expo with presentations, informational sessions, and networking opportunities galore. It's the perfect time to descend upon the Big Easy for some KCBS fun and fellowship, while also supporting the Gulf Region! We believe this is an event you won't want to miss!
