October 18, 2010 KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Congratulations to Lisa Raitt of Eliot, Maine for winning the KCBS Great American BBQ Dream Kit.Raitt’s vote for Weber’s Chicago Steak won her the ultimate barbeque package; including an invitation for her and a friend to the KCBS 25th Anniversary Membership Banquet in Kansas City.
She is also now the proud owner of a GrillGrates Gift Kit, including two interlocking panels and one GrateTool and a Good-One™ cooker/smoker. Raitt will also be ready to tackle a year’s worth of backyard cooking thanks to a year’s supply of Kingsford Charcoal, KC Masterpiece barbeque sauce, Weber Seasonings, Scott Shop Towels and Master of Mixes cocktail mixes. Raitt’s vote for Webber’s Chicago Steak helped the recipe become the favorite Great American BBQ Tour Recipe, receiving 32 percent of the vote. The other recipes, including the Tabasco Chipotle Burger, KC Masterpiece BBQ Chicken Pizza, Weber Kick'n Chicken, Weber Gourmet Burger and Master of Mixes Bloody Mary were also among the favorites.
