All year long Tyson Chicken is searching for the Best Wing on the Planet. To accomplish this feat, Tyson has joined the Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour with a special Chicken Wing category.
Congratulations to Santa Ynez BBQ for taking home first place and bragging rights as the Best Wing in San Diego. Santa Ynez’s recipe will now have a shot at being named the Best Wing on the Planet.
The Top Three finishers in the Chicken Wing Category all received additional prize money:
- Santa Ynez BBQ
- When Pigs Fly
- Soaked in Smoke
The overall winner of the Best Wing on the Planet will be decided in a nationwide vote. Tyson will be awarding $18,000 in prize money to the top five finishers of the nationwide vote and feature the winning BBQ team and recipe on promotional items and packaging.
