Pack A Smokes takes home Sam’s Club title in North Charleston

Thank you to all the teams, judges, members and supporters that came out and helped make the N. Charleston, S.C., contest and Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour a blazing success!

Scoring major bragging rights and KCBS Team of the Year points, Pack A Smokes took home Grand Champion and a check for $2,000. Chatham Artillery BBQ was named Reserve Grand Champion, earning $1,500

Congratulations to the following teams for finishing first in specific categories:

• Chicken – Some R Swine
• Brisket – Divine Smoke
• Pork – Queology 
• Ribs – No Pig Left Behind

The following teams earned a spot at the Region 3 Final in Hendersonville, TN on Sept 22.
