Stubborn Bull BBQ takes home top honors at Sam's event in ScarboroughAugust 11, 2014
Maine was smokin’ hot as the Sam’s Club National BBQ Tour rolled into Scarborough this past weekend. Besting a packed field of competitors, Stubborn Bull BBQ showed true mastery of the art of low and slow, and claimed the Grand Championship with an overall score of 673.7372, just barely edging out Reserve Champion, Feeding Friendz. Feeding Friendz finished with a score of 670.2744. In addition to bragging rights, the teams pocketed $2,000 and $1,500, respectively.
Additional congratulations to the all of the teams who will advance to the Regional event in
Richmond, Va. on Aug. 30.
