Our new Web Platform is about to launch! This new system is packed with new features and upgrades to improve your experience within the KCBS Site.
We’ll begin our cutover the week of December 17. During this week you may experience some system slowness and run into a small bug. Our technology team is on site working to resolve all issues as they arise.
Beginning Wednesday December 12 @5pm central, you will not be able to access certain parts of the website. All functionally will return by Tuesday December 18, with the launch of the new site. Should you need to make changes in the system during this time, please call or email the KCBS office and they can manually process your request.
Beginning next week, you’ll receive an email with a temporary username and password. This is a security measure to ensure your member account is secure. Simply follow the link, to set a new username and password and welcome to the new site!
Once you’re logged in please take a few minutes to explore your new Membership Profile, Judge Portal, Organizer Portal, and Rep Portal. If you’re a head cook, set up your team page, and invite your team members to join your page! You’ll find your digital membership card, certificates, and discount cards within your member profile as well. The new site is mobile optimized, so you’ll have all these features in the palm of your hand, wherever you go!
Over the coming months we’ll publish short videos explaining features in your member profile and how you can register for events and manage your member account. This is the first version of the new system, updates and new feature releases will continue throughout 2019.
