Jason Cole: I move to create a survey to determine whether KCBS should continue with the Random Seating Method or, Return to a Computerized system based on Judge Averages until a further system is implemented.

David Qualls: I move that the approved Survey be created for and distributed individually for Judges and the Survey group be identified as all Judges identified as having judged in the last year. And the same criteria for head Cook Members identified as having cooked in a contest for the same period.
