About the Great American BBQ Tour Team!
March 14, 2012Mike and Christine Peters joined the competitive BBQ family in 2003, when they entered the Rock’n Ribs Festval in their hometown of Springfield, Mo., finishing second in the Tri-tip in the backyard division. In 2006, they won first overall in ribs. And then in 2011, they won their first Grand Championship and were selected to compete at the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational.
Loved by practically everyone they meet, Mike and Christine are the true definition of BBQ Goodwill Ambassadors. They share tips, BBQ knowledge, insight and great food with everyone who attends a Great American BBQ Tour event.
