Juicy Loin

Aluminim Bread Loaf Pan2lb Tenderloin or biggerBud Light LimeLemon Pepper Seasoning or your favoriteGarlic OnionA little romemary and parsleyMeat thermomter
In a plastic bowl mix3tbl spoons LemonPeper Mix2-4 garlic cloves minced1/2 cup chooped vadalia onionMix togetherPour mix on a piece of foil and scatter outRoll tenderloin and coat real goodPlace loin in the loaf panOpen two bottles of Bud Light LimeDrink onePour the other one in the loaf panSprinkle the rest of the rub over exposed loinCover loaf pan with the foilPlace on grill at 400 or so closed the lid and leave it alone.In about 45 minutes push the meat thermomter through foil.When the temp reaches 160 it's readyRemove from loaf pan and slice in 1/2 inch piecesPlace on a serving plate and pour the juice over the top.Sprinkle a little rosmary or parsley leavesThere you have it. If there's some left it makes a perect little sandwich on a potatoe roll.

Amazingly easy for the begininer and you look like a pro. Also a berry BBQ sauce over the top adds color and great flavor as well.Happy eating
