Happy "Holla" Barbequed Smoked Pork

3/4 cup barbecue sauce
3/4 cup honey
1 4-5 pound bone-in pork loin roast
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine barbecue sauce and honey in saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Rub roast with olive oil and dijon mustard; sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Cook roast in smoker at 230 degrees to 120 degrees on meat thermometer. Brush roast with barbecue and honey glaze. Cook to 155 degrees on meat thermometer. Remove from smoker; tent with foil. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
