Being a life long lover of BBQ, I had eaten que from just about everywhere. With so many different kinds from wet to dry and sweet to spicy, I found that I liked it all. Still, I wanted one that was custom made for my taste. So, I set out to create the perfect BBQ. Several years, lots of money, and countless chunks of wood later, I finally did it. After sharing with my friends I realized it wasn't just good to me, but everyone else liked it too. So with a little confidence under my belt, we decided to see how we would fare in a competition. We placed 31 of 32. Unforunately, it only took one competition to get us hooked. So now we do this every chance we get. We've learned a lot, improved a little, and had loads of fun.
