We are from Madison, Indiana on the banks of the Ohio River. I (Jake) started doing pig roasts about 5-6 yrs ago and became obsessed like many true BBQer's. Jeff and I entered our local backyard amatuer contest in '05. We won for the 1st time in '09 in with our pulled pork. Soon I'd like to take our team to some regional Pro cookoffs that just recently popped up in our area. Wish us luck!
