Q'in work was established in 2009 by Head Cooks Cole Harte (Trickle) and John Nesselhauf (Ness). Cole is a BBQ fanatic he eats sleeps and breaths BBQ. Ness has learned everything there is to know about competition BBQ from Cole. Ness' specialty is Ribs. While Cole handles Pork Butt and Brisket!! Q'in Work has competed in several competitions and has ribboned a few times. Still looking for that grand championship which we hope to get one day through dedication and focus!! Looking forward to seeing you all out on the circuit!!
