Biggest Wins: 8th Place brisket at NKC competition. Overall came in 64th out of 109 teams in our first competition.
9th Place chicken at Sugar Creek.
The last competition of my season was Jesse James Competition in Kearney MO. Got a 4th place in brisket, 17th ribs and pulled pork and a 44th in Chicken. Overall we placed 17th.
Not bad for a first year team. Looking forward to more competitions in 2011.
