Year Started: 2010

2010 was a great first season for us. Our first competition was in our hometown of Middletown, DE. We got a call for 10th place chicken. The other meats didn't do too bad, but we where happy with our performance, even though we did bomb our ribs. Our 2nd competition was the New Jersey State BBQ Championship in North Wildwood, NJ. After a 5th place dessert call, but nothing in the meat categories, we were super surprised to hear our name called for 9th OVERALL! We did a small competition in NJ in October where we received our first 1st place trophy in ribs. We closed out the season at the Que by the Sea in Seaside Heights, NJ with a 4th place call in chicken, 11th in brisket and 11th overall. Needless to say, we are pretty happy with our performance last year and are looking forward to this year's events. We've been working hard in the off season to produce a better product. Guess we'll see what the judges have to say. Good luck to all and hopefully we will see you on the circiut.
