It has grown to be a Roadside BBQ and Catering Business That has become well know for championship BBQ for the everyday customer. You ask for it we bring it to your table everyday. To a contest or your table. Scotty D's BBQ will throw it down with the best of them anywhere. Be not afraid as I have walked through all kinds of smoke and fire.
