Gary Harding, Joyce Harding and Jeff Larson of Watertown Minnesota currently make up the Subtle Smoke team. Gary and Joyce have been certified judges as well as heavily involved contest organizing. We currently find the competition of cooking to be both the most challenging and rewarding aspect of BBQ. Without a doubt the fun lies in meeting so many great people as we get around the country competing. See you at the 9:22 shot!
