Ernie and Rance began teaching BBQ 101 classes in 2009. We have had students attend from as far away as Barker,New York, Canada, TN, SC, NC, MS, MN, WI, AL, GA and KY. We Cook all day - hands on class- and eat all afternoon. Class instruction includes using offset smokers, Weber Kettle grill, Gas grill and a barrel smoker. We have way too much fun and enjoy what we do. We teach to the average person who just wants to cook good BBQ for thier family and friends. We have not been to a competition so far. We are a "Drinking Team with a Serious BBQ Issue"
