Started with 2 brothers and a friend who had a love for BBQ and Illini Basketball. We started with a custom trailered smoker and moved to Big Green Eggs. In Spring of 2011, we upgraded to Pitmaker.com's Vault and Safe. Love Them! We are only able to do 1-4 contests a year, so we are realistic in our goals and are there for food, drink, and fellowship!
