A family team started in 2006, the Baltic BBQ Boyz are the first Latvian-American BBQ team! The Baltic BBQ Boyz are based out of Seattle, Washington and compete primarily in the Pacific Northwest. Together with the Allen Hamner Memorial Foundation, they host the Eastern Oregon State BBQ Championships in Condon, Oregon every July 4th.
