We're an all-female team with Type A personalities. We don't have a head cook (probably a detriment), but we each cook a category. Mary Ann: brisket; Linda: ribs; Catherine: chicken; and Tatty: pork butt. We come from all over the country. Linda and Catherine are from Tennessee, Mary Ann lives in the Washington, D.C. area, and Tatty is from Florida. Because of that we only cook about three contests a year and don't win a lot but we have fun and that's the main thing.
