We are four guys with a passion for good food, good times, and cold beer. What better way to spend a weekend than with 300 or so people with the same passion. And so it began. Our first contest was a local event. we had a Weber and a gas Charbroil, the folks kinda made fun of us, but we had a great time and didn't run out of beer so we were hooked. The next time we cooked Tom (our resident engineer) had a rolling smoker custom built. Needless to say they ain't laughing at our grill anymore.
