A Cut Above BBQ is a competition BBQ team out of the Kansas City Metro area consisting of 6 friends established in 2009. After a year of honing our skills we entered the Blue Springs BBQ Blaze-Off in Blue Springs, MO. This competition will always hold special for us, not only because it was our first competition, but it takes place where we all grew up.
