Started grilling/smoking back in 2005 and got addicted right off the bat. My wife convinced me to do our first contest in Sept. 2012 at a KCBS Sanctioned event and we all were hooked. Our goal was to finish in the top 30 and we managed to finish 29th overall out of a 54 team field with an 11th place finish in Brisket. Not to bad for our first contest ! Everybody better watch out, Smoke Stacks BBQ is at full smoke and coming to a contest near you !!!
