Call to Order – Paul Buob, Board President
Meeting was called to order at 5:05 PM
Attendees Present: Carol Bigler, David Qualls, Donna Fong, Jeanne Titus, Blake Moore, Paul Buob, Thomas Gearhart, Luke Darnell, and Rod Gray (CEO).
Roll Call: A quorum was confirmed
Board Pledge: Paul Buob read the board pledge, affirming the mission of the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS).
Statement of Purpose of the Special Meeting
Bylaws require board action on special election results; board vote
Blake Moore stated the results of the election, audited, have Joe DeBella and Joe Osbrink with 497.
In accordance with bylaws, the board of directors will break the tie.
Motion: Blake Moore calls for a vote to break the tie
Second: Jeanne Titus
Action: All those who vote for Joe DeBella raise their hand - 3
Action: All those who vote for Joe Osbrink raise their hand - 5
Adjournment
Motion: David Qualls moved to adjourn the meeting.
Second: Blake Moore
