Non-Paying Member Acknowledgement

I acknowledge and agree, that The Kansas City Barbeque Society (“KCBS”) will create a free non-paying membership account for me, providing access to all of KCBS’s free member content, but such free non-paying membership does not represent actual membership in KCBS or confer any of the rights that would accompany such membership, including, without limitation, any rights of members under any of the governing documents of KCBS or under any applicable state laws.  Non-paying membership privileges that have been extended in a limited manner to me may be suspended or terminated by KCBS, or such other disciplinary action may be taken, which is deemed appropriate by KCBS, in its sole discretion.  At any time, you can become a member of KCBS by joining KCBS and paying the required membership dues.
